We place an immense emphasis on current theoretical knowledge, which we keep up-to-date through constant training. Added to this, we require the mandatory training as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) for all AudiRis employees.

But more important, however, is the practical experience of the Audiris employees as internal auditors and as head of operational units and / or projects. „To be a good auditor, you have to have once sat on the other side“. Only then, can we understand the operational problems and assess the processes and situation with proper judgement.

The considerable difference is noticed when measures suggested are practical and find acceptance.
