We’re on the ball!

Conclusions and suggestions for improvements are usually the end result of an internal audit. Still, the work is not yet completed. Without an effective follow-up plan, the chance that the measures will not be implemented still exists.

If you wish, we will set up a customized plan for your company to implement the follow-up or we can also take over this monitoring function.

We will monitor the dates and regularly remind the responsible persons to file a management report. We’ll also be present, on site, if problems should occur with the implementation or to check that a task is completed in difficult cases.

It is just as important for us as for you, that measures adopted to improve the safety and efficiency be implemented in a timely manner.
